Billing Authorization & Service Acknowledgement

By submitting this order, I authorize Realty ONE Group Ultimate to bill the selected Ultimate Clear to Close service fees to my zONE billing account.

I understand that 50% of the selected package fee will be billed immediately upon submission of this order. The remaining 50% will be billed upon the successful closing and batching of the transaction in the zONE system.

I acknowledge that work on my transaction will begin as soon as this order is received and entered into the Ultimate Clear to Close system. Once services have commenced, I understand and agree that all fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the transaction closes, is canceled, expires, terminates, or otherwise fails to complete.

I understand that the Ultimate Clear to Close Program includes only the services specifically listed on the order page. Transaction Coordinators (TCs) are not authorized to perform additional tasks, accept special requests, or provide services outside the scope of the selected package. TCs may not perform duties that constitute licensed real estate activities, management responsibilities, employment functions, or any other services beyond the published program offerings.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have selected the services I wish to purchase, accept responsibility for all associated charges, and authorize Realty ONE Group Ultimate to begin work immediately in accordance with these terms.
