Supra Lockbox Request

Terms & Conditions: I understand that the Supra Lockbox is owned by the MLS in the area in which I am practicing.  The lockbox must be returned prior to commission processing and payment for closing.  Lost or damaged boxes are subject to a replacement fee as determined by the MLS which will be billed to the credit card on file.  Realty ONE Group is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged lockboxes.
